Yes, a location of your choosing can be set up for the Ceremony, charges are based on the size of seating area required.

Bubble machines and glitter cannons are not permitted. Confetti, glitter or similar is strongly discouraged – there may be an additional cleaning fee incurred. Decorations, signs, etc. may not in any way be affixed to the walls, floors, ceiling surfaces, etc. (inside) Any candles provided for centerpieces must have a substantial base and globe that prevents wax or spark from damaging the tables linens.

We can provide you with lists of highly reputable companies that we have worked with. These vendors often need our direction, and we want to help them to be of service to you, but we do expect these businesses and individuals to arrive with all their own tools and equipment necessary for them to perform their service. Florists are expected to arrive with their work nearly completed and understand that they may not use our building as their workshop, and they may not use our kitchen for any purpose. Can accommodate up to 125 guests.

Yes, we have a list of preferred wedding professionals that our coordinator will share. You are welcome to bring your own vendors as well.

Yes, dogs are allowed on the property for the ceremony and a few pictures only. We asked that the dog is always leashed, is cleaned up after, has a handler, and does not enter the building. We also recommend practicing with dog to ensure they are capable and not stressed during the ceremony. Once the ceremony concludes we ask that someone take the dog home. Only service dogs are welcome to enter the building due to health code violations.

  • Ample parking for all guests.

DETAILS

  • Prices and product availability are subject tp change according to market fluctuation and catering costs are based on your menu selections.
  • Custom menus
  • A gratuity charge of 20% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your total bill.
  • A headcount is required 14 days (two weeks) prior to your function for food ordering purposes. Cancellations will not be accepted after that time.
  • The final billing statement will reflect the guaranteed attendance number. (any guest added after that to the day of the event will bebilled the day of and due within 14 days after the event)
  • Food will be served at its designated time but shall not exceed two hours because of Health Regulations.
  • Final payment is due 10 business days prior to the event. A 3% service charge will be assessed on any event paid by credit card. The final billing statement will reflect the guaranteed attendance numbers.
  • The Villa is a BYOB establishment; we cannot provide any alcohol for your event.
  • However, we would be happy to help you calculate the amount of alcohol that you will need to purchase and chill your alcohol. We reserve the right to restrict the service of alcohol for any reason at any time we deem necessary. All rules and regulations set forth by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board must be strictly adhered to. No one under the age of 21 shall consume alcohol on these premises.
  • RAM certified bartenders are the responsibility of the renter; the Villa will supply a preferred bartenders list.
